Less Details

A high quality and fast feedback ground truth program is fundamental to building an autonomy program. Since 2016, Scale has worked side-by-side with the industry to develop a world-class data engine experience. In the process, Scale has become a trusted technical partner to all of its customers, going beyond “just” delivering ground truth. Our strategic products, bespoke workflows, and operational rigor allow us to jointly scope, iterate, and experiment in collaboration with our customers to push the boundaries of efficient ground truth generation and validation. What does it look like when your ground truth provider is a technical partner?

In this session, we will showcase:

  • Scale’s strategic product suite that goes beyond annotation
  • How Scale’s technical team and domain experts embed with and support your autonomy group
  • How Scale’s industry-leading operational prowess allows for customers to constantly pilot and scale experimental labeling workflows that continually drive the value of data per dollar

Speaker

Adarsh Kulkarni

Head of Automotive Solutions Engineering, Scale AI

Adarsh Kulkarni is the Head of Automotive Solutions Engineering at Scale AI. He works closely with all of Scale’s customers’ autonomy programs and fosters constant technical collaboration across the industry. Prior to Scale, he spent several years building robots, including autonomous semi trucks and quadrupeds (robot dogs). In particular, he was employee #4 and a core autonomy engineer at Ghost Robotics. In Philadelphia, he was also a member of the UPenn DARPA SubT team, and holds a MS in Robotics from the GRASP Lab. His thesis was in reinforcement learning for terrain-aware trajectory optimization for legged robotic footstep planning.
