I am a passionate software developer with two decades of professional experience and considerable technical knowledge in the areas of automotive and IT (e.g. ADAS, ASIL and A-SPICE series software development).
In my daily work, one of my major strengths is having a clear eye for the balance of the necessary processes as well as an efficient implementation in the operational practice. As a software developer, even though I deal with ones and zeros a lot, the bottom line is that I always focus on people. In the end, it is they who make history with their efforts.
I have filled management positions for more than 10 years, empowered and developed people, implemented topics and see myself as a value / investing expert. I am happy to take on challenges that push me to my limits - they make me grow. Because one thing we must not forget: "Life is an exciting journey and we are constantly learning!"
My greatest success so far: The development of Trailer Assist for Volkswagen (see also: Patents) and the successfully completed change process in my software area in an agile organization.
