The German Research project AVEAS brings together partners from industry and academia, to systematically address the challenge of critical driving situations and how to build a relevant set of real-world and simulated data. Any modern autonomous driving function need to be tested and validated to ensure maximum of safety for all traffic participants. As the challenge is the endless number of possible scenarios, to make a relevant selection and store them for future reference. The presentation will give insights on how AI supports the selection process.
